President Alan Cramb is looking to get your input on creating positive change at Illinois Tech as stated early in a message to staff! He has asked the Staff Advisory Council to suggest some ideas that can be implemented to help with that positive change. Last Friday, we held a virtual event in which we asked staff to share some of their thoughts on three initiatives:

We would like to take those ideas and move forward by creating some actionable items that can be presented to the president. In doing so we have decided to create three separate focus groups on each of the initiatives. The goal is to take the suggestions we received and develop solutions that can be communicated to senior leadership.

In an effort to make sure that the Staff Advisory Council is continuing to represent Illinois Tech Staff, we have included a few questions about the Staff Advisory Council and how it can better serve University Staff.
