Food safety risk is always the priority, but food manufacturers must also navigate other risk components such as legal risks, media risks, consumer perception risks, regulatory risks, and financial risk. This seminar will discuss food safety risk assessment and risk management, with consideration for other risk concerns intensified in a ‘small world network’.
