Annual Contact Updates and Policy-Agreement Certifications Begin February 2

The Office of Title IX and HEA Compliance and the Office of Technology Services (OTS) would like to remind you of two important, annual, Illinois Tech updates and certifications, which you will be prompted to complete the first time you log into the myIIT portal on or after Thursday, February 2, 2023. After completing all of them, you will be logged out of your session and returned to the Access Illinois Tech login page to re-enter your credentials.

Contact Information Updates

Illinois Tech requests that you update your demographic information to be able to reach our community members and their emergency contact(s) in the event of a personal emergency and to comply with Title IV federal regulations. Please follow the instructions and update your current address and phone number(s), as well as information for Missing Persons and Emergency Contact(s). This process is managed by the Office of Title IX and HEA Compliance.

Annual Agreement to Illinois Tech Policies

Illinois Tech asks you to review the university’s Standards of Ethics and Business Conduct policy and the Use of Technology Resources policy.  Upon acceptance, you will be able to access the university’s information-technology resources, including, but not limited to, IIT’s network, portal, Blackboard, and voice services.

No matter how many devices you have, you will only need to perform the certifications once on any one of your devices, and all of your devices will be covered.
