Booster Requirement and Work from Home Update
December 21, 2021Consistent with current university vaccination requirements and applicable exemptions, the university has extended the deadline for all eligible students, faculty, and staff to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster until January 24, 2022, and for others, as soon thereafter as they are eligible. -

Building Access Limited During Winter Break
December 21, 2021Mies Campus buildings will be closed Friday, December 24 through Sunday, January 2, 2022, for winter break. To facilitate university business, faculty and staff will continue to have their standard HawkCard access during this time. Students can be granted access during winter break as needed. -

Announcing Pilot Program for Providing Free Menstrual Sanitary Products in Select Restrooms
November 30, 2021The Dean of Students Office and Student Health and Wellness would like to announce a pilot program for providing free menstrual sanitary products (MSPs) to students, staff, and faculty as needed. Free sanitary napkins and tampons are now available in seven restrooms around Mies Campus and in both women’s restrooms on Rice Campus.
