The Tuition Exchange program is a nonprofit organization of more than 700 colleges and universities that agree to a reciprocal scholarship program. Illinois Tech accepts applications from eligible faculty and staff and their dependents each fall for Tuition Exchange scholarship opportunities at other participating universities. Faculty and staff or their eligible dependents may apply for a scholarship as long as they meet certain criteria.

This year, Illinois Tech is transitioning the performance evaluation process to paper forms and shifting reviews to October, with a merit increase process at the conclusion of the reviews. This timing will allow for maximum participation, as it falls between academic breaks and avoids the start and end of the semester.
