The Office of Human Resources is excited to be hosting the first onsite Benefits Fair since 2019! Stop by Hermann Hall between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, to meet with representatives from many of our benefits vendors and wellness partners. This year, Illinois Tech is transitioning the performance evaluation process to paper forms and shifting reviews to October, with a merit increase process at the conclusion of the reviews. This timing will allow for maximum participation, as it falls between academic breaks and avoids the start and end of the semester.

Training courses are grouped into a series for people leaders, and a general audience series. We strongly encourage all people leaders to participate in the Leadership Series, though individual contributors may take these courses as well.
