July 29, 2025Sensor technology is rapidly advancing and plays a crucial role in various industrial applications. Illinois Tech’s Certificate Program in Sensor Technology for Experiential Learning (CPSTEL) provides cross-disciplinary, experiential training in combined areas of advanced manufacturing, artificial intelligence, biotechnology, environmental control, semiconductor and microelectronics. The 9-credit program consists of education and mentored research in sensor technology in an academic setting, followed by correlated industrial internship training. -

Health Waiver to Opt Out of Student Health Insurance Plan Available Through August 15
June 3, 2025The 2025-2026 Student Health Waiver opened on June 6, 2025. Fall incoming students who do not wish to be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) and have comparable health insurance with a start date of August 1, have until Friday, August 15, 2025, to opt out using the online waiver. -
