    Department of Humanities Hosting 59th Annual Writing Contest

    The Department of Humanities is accepting submissions for its 59th annual writing contest. All spring full-time Illinois Tech undergraduate students (students who are currently taking at least 12 credit hours) are invited to submit original pieces of fiction, poetry, plays, and nonfiction. Winners will be announced on or after Wednesday, March 27, 2024, on the Lewis College of Science and Letters website. An in-person awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2024, from 12:45–1:45 p.m.

    Join us for the Longest Paper Chain Challenge at 3:30–4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, to celebrate National Engineers Week.
