IIT Stuart School of Business is excited to host workshop leader Michael Miller, author of the book 4 Weeks to Your American Dream Job, for a special one-hour event for international students. The event will be held on Friday, April 19 from noon–1:00 pm at IIT Downtown Campus, Room C50, 565 West Adams Street in downtown Chicago. The doors will open at 11:45 am. The first 50 students to arrive will receive a free copy of 4 Weeks to Your American Dream Job!

Fulbright U.S. Student Program Info Session

Are you a U.S. citizen interested in spending a year abroad doing research of your choosing, or taking classes at an esteemed university? Come to the Fulbright Information Session on Monday, April 22 at 12:55 pm in Perlstein Hall, Room 108 to learn about the program. Fulbright alumna Regina Mamou will be on hand to discuss the ins and outs of the application process and some benefits of the award. Snacks will be served.

Call for ISO Writing Contest Entries

If you love to write or simply want to share your story, please consider entering the spring 2013 ISO (International Students Organization) Writing Contest. You could win a great prize! The contest topic should be on your experience or story about entering a new culture—such as Chicago—or even IIT’s diverse campus community. Submissions should be no more than 1,000 words. The entry deadline is Sunday, April 28. The prize is $100 in Tech Cash ($50 gift value).
