Join the Office of Campus Life for a Freshman 15 and GLBT History Month Event. Daniel Trust is a Rwandan Genocide Survivor with an incredible story. Daniel became an orphan at age 5 in 1994 when he witnessed the killing of his mother, lost his father and two sisters during the 1994 Rwandan Genocide. After he spent many years in silence, he made the decision to come out to his best friend and eventually the community that surrounded him. Come and be inspired by his life experiences, stories, and learn more about how to become an LGBTQ advocate on Thursday October 24 at 7pm in the MTCC Auditorium.
