Fall 2015 degrees will be conferred on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Diplomas for students whose degrees are conferred will be available at the One Stop located in The McCormick Tribune Campus Center (MTCC), Room 106 on the early-bird diploma pickup days:

• Monday, December 21 from noon–5 p.m.
• Tuesday, December 22 from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
• Wednesday, December 23 from 9 a.m.–noon

Diploma pickup will resume after the university holiday break and will run from January 4–8, 2016. Valid photo identification must be presented at the time of pickup.

December 2015 graduating students unable to pick up their diplomas will be able to request they be shipped to a preferred address at no charge. The shipment of diplomas will begin in mid-January. Further information regarding diploma shipping will be forthcoming.
