The Masters project of Electrical and Computer Engineering alumnus Swasti R. Khuntia (Dec.’13) has been selected for oral presentation at the IEEE Power and Energy Conference at Illinois 2014 to be held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign February 28 – March 1, 2014.

The title of Swasti’s project is “Analysis of Resistive Superconducting Fault Current Limiter in a Smart Microgrid.” His work was guided by Zuyi Li, ECE Associate Professor and Associate Director  of  the Robert W. Galvin Center for Electricity Innovation, and Professor Subhransu R. Samantaray of Indian Institute of Technology in Bhubaneswar, India.
