The Office of Technology Services (OTS) is pleased to announce free access for Illinois Tech faculty and staff to Ellucian’s Customer Center and On-Demand Training Subscription Library.
The Ellucian Customer Center offers Banner users (Admin and SSB) access to:
- A user community forum in which you can post questions and share ideas with faculty and staff at other colleges and universities; and
- Training guides, self-paced courses, and tutorials for all Banner products, including, but not limited to, the following:
A full list of courses, etc. about Banner, including all modules (Accounts Receivable, Finance, Financial Aid, Human Resources, Student, and General), and other systems (Degree Works, ODS/EDW, etc.) can be found here.
Directions on how to access the Ellucian On-Demand Subscription Library are outlined in the Ellucian On-Demand Training Access Instructions.
