Bio:

Kevin Myers is Senior Vice President of Research & Development at Hormel Foods Corporation.  He earned his master’s and doctorate degrees in Meat Science and Food Science at Iowa State University.  He currently oversees product development, packaging, food safety, and quality management for Hormel Foods.  He has been with Hormel Foods for 20 years after spending about 12 years in the industry at other food companies.
