Food Science and Nutrition Club invites everyone to attend a Honey Tasting event at 12:45–1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, in Robert A. Pritzker Science Center, room 121. RSVP is required.
At the Honey Tasting, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Explore different types of honey from various regions and floral sources.
- Learn about the unique characteristics and flavor profiles of different honey varieties.
- Discover the importance of honey in culinary traditions and its nutritional benefits.
We encourage you to bring your curiosity and your taste buds as we embark on a journey to explore the diverse world of honey together. Feel free to invite your friends who share an interest in food science, nutrition, or simply enjoy trying new and exciting foods.
