Livongo®, which is BCBSIL preferred digital health provider for diabetes and hypertension management, is offering a free COVID-19-specific version of its myStrength behavioral health solution through the end of the year. This tool is available to all members and their family and friends.
Why it matters – COVID-19 has heightened stress and uncertainty for many, including concerns about their health and job loss. myStrength offers resources to help members cope.

Topics include:
- Strategies to manage stress
- Ideas to handle social isolation
- Tips for parenting during challenging times
- Other resources for emotional support
This free resource is available to both members and visitors at BCBS’s COVID-19 Resource Center. Sign up by clicking through the Livongo Behavioral Health box, and create an account by entering your first name, date of birth, email address, and ZIP code when prompted.
