The Office of Human Resources welcomes Nicole “Nikki” Werner to the IIT community as HR training consultant. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences, she began her training career delivering new hire training to customer service reps with Ameritech. Within the past year, Werner has  supported the Consumer Retail Channel as a senior sales trainer for Verizon Wireless. She most recently served as a sales training facilitator with the telecommunications company Birch and was responsible for delivering training for all levels of its sales organizations. Werner is an advocate for ongoing learning and development.
