The Office of Technology Services (OTS) will be performing major system maintenance beginning on Friday, October 2. The Maintenance window is from Friday, October 2 at 9:15 p.m. to Saturday, October 3 at 11 a.m.
As a part of the weekly OTS Maintenance Window beginning on Friday, October 2 at 9:15 p.m. to Saturday, October 3 at 2:30 a.m. OTS will be performing major server maintenance affecting several systems. These systems and OTS services will be inaccessible for approximately five hours while they complete this work.
A list of the major affected systems are below. Please plan your work accordingly as these systems will not be accessible for approximately five hours.

- MyIIT
- Undergraduate DegreeWorks
- Graduate DegreeWorks
- Confluence
- Custom applications such as Course Eval., CWIDSSO, etc.
- DSS
- Grad Portal
- Grad app
- EForms
- Alpha
- VCL
- VCenter
This maintenance will allow for future expansion and growth as well as better stability to the underlying platform supporting these applications.
