    Summer and Fall IPRO Registration Fair

    Make the best IPRO choice: Be informed! Plan to attend the IPRO Registration Fair on Tuesday, April 2 from noon–5:00 pm at the MTCC Bridge and Center Court. The fair will give you the opportunty to learn about upcoming IPRO project teams that you may be interested in joining. In an informal table format, students contemplating taking a summer or fall IPRO project can meet IPRO instructors and explore the best project options to consider. IPRO project sections are described at the IPRO website and are being added to the registration schedule under the subject “Interprofessional Project.”

    History of Women in Technology Luncheon

    Marie Hicks and Carly Kocurek of IIT’s Department of Humanities will speak on the history of women in computing and gender in video games at a free luncheon to be held on Tuesday, March 26 from 12:45–2:30 pm in the MTCC Ballroom.     Women's Services is sponsoring two additional Self-Defense Workshops this semester! Both courses are offered by IMPACT Chicago, and will focus on awareness and safe distance as well as verbal and physical self-defense tools. The workshops will be held on Wednesday, March 27 at 9:00 pm in the MTCC Ballroom (co-sponsored with the Greek Council) and Thursday, April 4 at 6:30 pm in the MTCC Ballroom.
