Performance Management Training for Supervisors

Managing employee performance is not just a matter of filling out the evaluation form once per year, but rather an ongoing, open dialogue between the manager and employee. As part of the supervisory training series, the Office of Human Resources is offering “Performance Management Training for Supervisors.” This class is strongly recommended for any staff/faculty member who is responsible for conducting performance evaluations.
