Change is hard, whether you are the initiator of the victim of change. Attend this session to learn a simple goal-oriented change management tool, ADKAR, which can support you through individual or organizational change. Megan Mozina and Molly McCaughey, certified change management professionals, will facilitate the program. This program will be live streamed to the Moffett and Downtown Campuses.

PA7: Performance Management

The performance management cycle has begun. Javette Simmons and Jorene Richards of the Human Resources department will conduct a program that includes: discussion of the performance management cycle, best practices for evaluating performance, and a demonstration of the performance management module in People Admin.
