The Office of Marketing and Communications will be offering professional headshots for faculty and staff on Thursday, October 21, 2021, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
The photos will be taken in the Hermann Lounge of Hermann Hall. The photos will be used on university/college/department websites, and may also appear in marketing print materials and social media posts. Spaces are limited, so please sign up today! (Note: this signup sheet contains two pages for morning and afternoon sign-ups)
- 1. Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Select only one time slot.
- The photo shoots will be socially distanced. Please come wearing a mask, but be prepared to remove it for your photo.
- Each time slot in the Google signup sheet is five minutes long. One person is allowed to sign up for one time slot each.
- Each person will have five minutes for their photo.
- Please be on time for your photo. M&C will send a reminder email. If you are unable to use the time you had selected, please email firstname.lastname@example.org so your time opens up for someone else.
- Sign up by Wednesday, October 20 at noon.
