Registration is Open for College of Architecture Summer Programs for High School Students

Experiment in Architecture is a two-week workshop designed to introduce high school students to the profession of architecture. Students will tour the city of Chicago, complete a series of design projects, and attend lectures by Illinois Tech faculty. The program will provide students with a comprehensive overview of the study and practice of architecture, and will help students make an informed decision about pursuing an education and career in architecture.

The Experiment in Landscape Architecture program is designed to introduce high school students to the profession of landscape architecture—a rich and diverse field that incorporates design, environmental ethics, sustainability, sciences, and the arts. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the design, construction, or sustainability professions, you are encouraged to apply. Workshops will take place Monday through Friday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. at S.R Crown Hall (3360 S State Street, Chicago).
