Clinical Nutrition Research Center Seeks Subjects for Snacking Study

The IIT Institute for Food Safety and Health Clinical Nutrition Research Center is seeking women for a snacking study.

Are you a healthy, non-smoking woman with either a BMI between 19 and 25 or weighing an extra 20-30 lbs or BMI between 30 and 39?  If so, you are invited to participate in a nutrition research study investigating the effects of chewing gum on food and mood.

Participants will be required to attend two study visits, each lasting 4  1/2 hours. Blood samples will be collected at each visit. You will be provided a lunch and a snack tray at each study visit.  You will be compensated for the study visits up to $100.
