School of Applied Technology’s Elizabeth Grasso-Kelley Selected as Expert in Residence for PROCESS EXPO

Elizabeth Grasso-Kelley, Ph.D., research scientist at IFSH and assistant professor, food science and nutrition, has been selected as an Expert in Residence and her article titled “Proper preparation is the key to success in low moisture foods validation” appeared on the PROCESS EXPO website.
