Staff: Check Your Paychecks

January 14, 2022, is the first biweekly paycheck date of the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Friday, January 21.

Additionally, please note the following:

-Medical/prescription, dental, and vision ID cards have been issued for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain their current ID cards.
-Those enrolling in the High Deductible Health Plan should have received welcome materials, including an HSA debit card, from HSA Bank.
-Individuals re-enrolling in Healthcare Flexible Spending were not issued new WageWorks debit cards. 2022 elections have been loaded onto existing cards.
