Friday, January 8, 2016, is the first biweekly paycheck date for the new year. Staff members should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit deduction changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported no later than Thursday, January 14, 2016.

Additionally, please note the following:

• ID cards have been issued for those changing plans or electing coverage for the first time. Existing members should retain 2015 ID cards.
• Individuals re-enrolling in Healthcare Flexible Spending were not issued new WageWorks debit cards. 2016 elections have been loaded onto existing cards.
