Student Services Closing for Relocation

The Office of Financial Aid, the Office of the Registrar, and the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs will be relocating from Main Building the week of October 22.

IIT’s new One Stop Office will be available for all questions and inquires. Visit the One Stop in the MTCC (next to The Commons), email the office at onestop@iit.edu or call them at ext. 7-3810.

For specific office functions, please note the following:
• The Office of Financial Aid: document drop-off, account updates, and general inquiries will be handled by the One Stop. Financial Aid will still be responding to emails; feel free to email the office at finaid@iit.edu. Voicemail access will be limited during this time so please send an email or call the One Stop.
• The Office of the Registrar: all in-person inquiries and service requests, including official transcript orders held for pickup, will be handled by the One Stop.
• The Vice Provost for Undergraduate Affairs: Contact the One Stop for assistance. Urgent messages should be emailed to onestop@iit.edu, marked with Dr. Gosz in the subject line.

Beginning Monday, October 22 the offices listed above will not be open for walk-ins or student appointments as we prepare to move to our new home on the second floor of the IIT Tower. We hope you all share in our excitement during this transitional period, and that any inconvenience you experience will be minimal.
