October 17, 2023The Department of Mechanical, Materials, and Aerospace Engineering presents the 2023–2024 seminar series featuring guest speaker, Matthew Daly, who will give a presentation on “Deformation Mechanisms at the Mesoscale: From 2D Materials to High Entropy Alloys.” This seminar will take place on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 in the auditorium (room 104) of the John T. Rettaliata Engineering Center from 3:30–4:30 p.m. This event is open to all graduate students and faculty. -

This year's speaker is Ivan Marusic, Redmond Barry Distinguished Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at The University of Melbourne, who will present a lecture titled, "Scale-Interactions and Energy-Efficient Drag Reduction in Wall-Bounded Turbulent Flows" November 18 from 12:45–1:45 p.m. in Rettaliata 104. -
