As part of the university-wide VoIP telecommunications project that was completed last year, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) has configured a redundancy link (i.e., backup system) to ensure voice services will not be interrupted in the event of an outage. On October 7, 2022, OTS will be testing this link during the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.  During this period, all incoming, outgoing, and 911 calls will be routed over this backup link.  There should be no interruption of service.

We are excited to announce the launch of a new virtual mental health service provider for eligible Illinois Tech health plan members and their dependents* beginning Saturday, October 1, 2023: Cerebral, the fastest growing provider of virtual mental health care services. They make it easy to access digital tools or connect with a provider via telehealth and direct messaging.
