The time is approaching for Form W-2 to be sent to IIT employees. If you would like to receive your W-2 form electronically, sign up by January 8.

The Fall 2021 End-of-term Course Evaluation Survey will open on Monday, November 22 and will remain open through Sunday, December 5. Instructors are asked to talk to their students about the survey and let them know that you value their feedback.

Faculty can now start entering their activities for the 2021 academic year into the Faculty Information System (FIS). All information should be entered before the next Faculty Activity Reporting Cycle in January 2022.

Late on November 4, the IRS announced that the maximum contribution limits for 403(b) plans will increase in 2022 from $19,500 to $20,500. The catch-up contribution maximum will remain at $6,500.
