On December 19, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) Support Desk will move to Galvin Library. The new office, on the upper level of Galvin, will provide a central location and easy access to OTS support services. Convenient access to the university’s technology support staff and services is very important to students, faculty and staff. The location in Galvin Library will allow OTS to better meet this need.

The OTS Support Desk will continue to provide online, telephone and in-person service to the university community. All other means of contacting the Support Desk will remain the same:
