Individual opt-in is now closed for early migration of faculty and staff username@iit.edu email accounts to Gmail, ahead of your department’s mass migration.

For those who applied for early migration, the Office of Technology Services (OTS) will contact you soon to schedule migration of your account. The new Gmail accounts offer several benefits, including more storage and integration with Google Apps.

OTS has begun migrating entire departments to the new environment. This process will continue through the summer and fall until all username@iit.edu accounts have been migrated.
