Available to all employees:
- Lifeworks Employee Assistance Program: while the COVID-19 Toolkit is already linked on the HR Portal COVID-19 page, LifeWorks now has COVID-19 webinars available on-demand. These can be accessed via the HR Portal page as well. Don’t forget the complimentary Life Coaching services, and access to LIFT Virtual Fitness, accessible when you log in to LifeWorks. Available to Health Plan members:
- BCBS’s Well-on-Target fitness program is providing access to the BurnAlong virtual fitness platform for the discounted rate of $15 per month. Click here for additional information.
- HDHP members may now use their HSA funds for telehealth services before hitting their deductibles. This provision of the Act expires December 31.
Regarding the dental plan:

For individuals with FSAs and HSAs:
- The CARES Act included a provision which permanently allows Healthcare Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account funds to be used for over-the-counter (OTC) medications without a prescription. Additionally, menstrual care products are now included among eligible expenses.
