February 27, 2024As February comes to a close, join WIIT 88.9 FM one last time in celebrating and getting to know influential Black figures, this time from our very own WIIT community. These talented DJs have graciously taken the time to share with us what Black History month means to them. While we may be taking this month to highlight them, we are grateful every day for their contributions to our station and their respective communities. -
Washington Red Raspberry Commission Announces Winners of Illinois Tech Food Product Innovation Student Competition
February 27, 2024The Washington Red Raspberry Commission and Illinois Tech Department of Food Science and Nutrition announced winning concepts from the new Food Product Innovation Student Competition, aimed at developing new product concepts for use by the Washington red raspberry industry. Seventeen master’s-level program students participated in the competition, forming five teams and five corresponding product concepts. Student groups presented their concepts to a panel of judges on Feb. 7 at Charlie Baggs Culinary Innovations studio in Chicago. -
Cyberhawks Place 2nd in Illinois State National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition Qualifier
February 22, 2024The ECE Department is excited to announce that our Illinois Tech Cyberhawks team placed second in this year's Illinois State National Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition, (CCDD) Qualifier Event, on Saturday, February 17. We are exceptionally proud of our team for their determination, time management, and skill throughout the day on Saturday. -

February 15, 2024Nominations are now being accepted for Illinois Tech’s Student Service and Leadership Awards, honoring students who have made notable contributions to campus life. The awards will be presented at the 47th annual Clinton E. Stryker Banquet on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Nominations for these awards must be submitted by Friday, March 1, 2024. -

We ask that you please complete this form by February 29, 2024. Any students who complete the form after the deadline will not be guaranteed guest tickets at the ceremony. -
Illinois Tech Launches First Official Clothing Drive in Support of New Career Clothing Closet for Students
