New, eligible members of the Illinois Tech health plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield can sign up and save when they take advantage of the waived enrollment fee opportunity: the normal enrollment fee of $19 will be waived for new members who sign up from Feb. 1 to March 31, 2024. -
