Illinois Tech’s annual open enrollment period for benefits will run from Friday, November 1, 2024, through Friday, November 15, 2024. Changes made during open enrollment become effective January 1, 2025. Live in-person or online information sessions will be held on November 1, 6, and 12.

Stop by Hermann Hall between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, to meet with representatives from many of our benefits vendors and wellness partners. This year, Illinois Tech is transitioning the performance evaluation process to paper forms and shifting reviews to October, with a merit increase process at the conclusion of the reviews. This timing will allow for maximum participation, as it falls between academic breaks and avoids the start and end of the semester.
