Illinois Institute of Technology has worked with TIAA-CREF to expand the retirement plan menu to include the TIAA-CREF Lifecycle Index Funds, which are now currently available. The addition of these funds to the existing menu will offer employees more diverse investment options.

    Spring 2013 Research Forum on Big Data

    IIT faculty, researchers, and staff are invited to attend the Spring 2013 Research Forum. This semester's theme is "Big Data: Collaborations between Computer Science and other Branches of Science and Engineering." Several IIT faculty will give short presentations, with topics including "Interactive Data Mining," "Big Spatial Data," and "Supporting Data-Intensive Computing at Extreme Scales."

    Wine Tasting with QWL

    Join the Quality of Work Life Committee for our first wine tasting event. A local wine expert from Wirtz Beverage will visit campus, and share his knowledge and, of course, wine. Sodexo Executive Chef Jovanny will work with him to come up with special food pairings. If you taste a wine you like, you will be able to purchase it on the spot! The wine tasting is scheduled for Wednesday, March 6 at 5:15 pm in the MTCC Pritzker Club. The cost is only $20 per person and is limited to the first 25 people who register online.
