September 4, 2025Over the last decade, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has quietly become one of the most important IP courts in the country—maybe the world—due to the rise of a new form of mass-defendant IP litigation. This symposium on Friday, September 26, via Zoom, will be the first to focus on the Schedule A phenomenon, bringing together prominent scholars to discuss this litigation model and the issues that it raises.
