August 4, 2026You are invited to participate in a new research study conducted through the Center for Disability Resources under the supervision of Dr. Lindsay Sheehan. This study aims to explore students’ perceptions and decision-making related to seeking accommodations in higher education. Your perspectives are valuable, regardless of whether you have previously registered for accommodations or received disability services. You are welcome to participate whether or not you participated in an earlier survey for this study. -

July 21, 2026Please join Illinois Tech and WTTW on Thursday, July 23, from 6–8 p.m., for a screening of The Birth of Gospel, one of 30 documentaries in WTTW’s award-winning “Chicago Stories” series at Michael Paul Gavin Tower. The Birth of Gospel follows Thomas A. Dorsey, widely known as “The Father of Gospel,” who wrote one of the genre’s early hits while coping with his grief of the death of his wife and child. -
