Illinois Tech Today Reduced Summer Schedule Starts After Memorial Day
May 21, 2024Beginning the week of May 27, Illinois Tech Today will be distributed every Thursday until the beginning of the fall semester. Content submissions can be made as normal through the submission form on the website. -
Summer Friday Flextime Program Guidelines
May 21, 2024As the summer season approaches, we are pleased to announce the reinstatement of our summer flextime program, effective from the first week of June through the last week of August. Eligible employees are permitted to leave work three (3) hours in advance of their scheduled end of shift for six (6) Fridays, subject to the approval of the employee’s supervisor. Please see the program guidelines linked above for additional information regarding eligibility and scheduling. -

Grad Students: Register for the Summer Research Writing Workshop
May 21, 2024The Summer Research Writing Workshop is specially made for grad students who are ready to start writing about their research to help them cultivate their writing skills and achieve their research goals. Every participant who completes the workshop will have a finished dissertation chapter or publishable journal/conference article prepared for submission by the end of the workshop. -
Timesheets Must Be Submitted Early Due to Memorial Day Holiday
May 16, 2024Due to the Memorial Day holiday, the time sheets for the period of May 12 thru May 25, 2024, for the pay date of May 31, 2024, must be submitted by 10 a.m. and approved by 4 p.m. on Friday May 24, 2024. Any time sheets that do not meet this deadline will be delayed in processing until the next pay period. -

Summer Session Parking and UPass Information
May 14, 2024Parking permits by summer session are available for purchase online via MyParking. Also, the UPass program is now available for summer participation at Illinois Tech. Summer UPasses will be valid through Sunday, August 4, 2024. Summer students must opt in by May 29, 2024.
