    Summer Friday Flextime Program Guidelines

    As the summer season approaches, we are pleased to announce the reinstatement of our summer flextime program, effective from the first week of June through the last week of August. Eligible employees are permitted to leave work three (3) hours in advance of their scheduled end of shift for six (6) Fridays, subject to the approval of the employee’s supervisor.     Timesheets Must Be Submitted Early Due to Memorial Day Holiday

    Due to the Memorial Day holiday, the time sheets for the period of May 12 thru May 25, 2024, for the pay date of May 31, 2024, must be submitted by 10 a.m. and approved by 4 p.m. on Friday May 24, 2024. Any time sheets that do not meet this deadline will be delayed in processing until the next pay period.
