All data is anonymized and filterable by college and major. A total of five years' worth of data is available which provides a historical lens on recent graduating classes. -

March 31, 2026Openlands is helping coordinate a tree mulching event on campus Tuesday, April 14. Volunteers will be applying wood mulch to newly planted trees throughout campus. The event is open to anybody interested in helping out and getting their hands dirty. Twenty spots are available and signups are first come, first served. -
Title IX Office Hosting Short ‘Love Labyrinth’ Film Screening and Discussion
March 31, 2026The Office of Title IX and HEA Compliance invites the Illinois Tech students to see "Love Labyrinth," a 3-minute film that helps young people understand the signs of emotional abuse and the controlling and threatening behavior patterns that show up in everyday situations. Following the film on Wednesday, April 8, we will hold a discussion and dialogue. -

The Ethics Center Is Looking for Participants for an Interview Study on Research Lab Environments
March 26, 2026The Ethics Center is looking for faculty and recent Ph.D. graduates to participate in an interview study examining power dynamics and power differentials in research lab groups. The interview study will consist of a 60- to 90-minute interview, with an optional follow-up interview session. Participants will receive $150 e-gift cards upon completion of the interviews. -

March 24, 2026The Department of Applied Mathematics at Illinois Tech is proud to host the 16th annual Remembering Karl Menger Celebration April 13–14, at the university’s Mies Campus in Chicago. Featured lecturer Xunyu Zhou, the Liu Family Professor of Financial Engineering and director of the Nie Center for Intelligent Asset Management at Columbia University, will speak beginning at 6 p.m. on Monday, April 13. His talk is titled "Model-Based and Model-Free: A Tale of Two Paradigms Told from Reinforcement Learning and Generative AI."
