IIT Chicago-Kent to participate in the 25th annual National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition
February 19, 2013IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law students Martha Drouet, Brandon Holub and Philip Micha will represent the law school in the 25th annual National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. The tournament, sponsored by Pace Law School, will be held February 21 to 23 in White Plains, New York. -
The New York Times cites IIT Chicago-Kent Professor of Law Nancy Marder’s Arizona State Law Journal paper, “The Conundrum of Cameras in the Courtroom,” in an article about resistance to video cameras in the US Supreme Court.
