    Illinois Tech Athletics Digest: Women’s Volleyball Notches Pair of NACC Wins

    The Illinois Tech women’s volleyball team beat Dominican (Illinois) 3-0 on Thursday, October 15, and Milwaukee School of Engineering 3-1 on Saturday, October 17, to sweep its Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference games last week. The Scarlet Hawks (14-8, 5-2 NACC) also fell to Wheaton 3-1 on October 17.

    Illinois Tech Athletics Digest: Men’s Soccer Posts Unbeaten Week

    The Illinois Tech men’s soccer team went unbeaten last week, playing to a scoreless draw at Benedictine on Tuesday, September 30, and winning 4-2 at Marian (Wisconsin) on Saturday, October 3. The Scarlet Hawks (6-4-1, 3-2-1 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference) saw Theo Balea (ACIT 2nd Year), Junior Pineda-Alcala (B.ARCH. 2nd Year), and Cal Graham (CS 3rd Year) all score in the win over Marian, while Paul Balea (DSC 4th Year) added two assists.

    Illinois Tech Athletics Digest: Women’s Tennis Wins NACC Opener

    The Illinois Tech women’s tennis team won its Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference opener on Tuesday, September 8, with a 6-0 sweep at Milwaukee School of Engineering. Earning wins for the Scarlet Hawks (1-3, 1-1 NACC) were Annaliese Kielmeyer (BME 1st Year), Angelica Conwell (B.ARCH. 5th Year), Maia Lecuona Ramos (BME 2nd Year), Thea Salcedo (CHE 2nd Year), and Paige Geiger (B.ARCH. 4th Year) in singles, while the doubles teams of Kielmeyer/Martyna Kalinowska (CS 3rd Year), Ramos/Salcedo, and Conwell/Kira Lai (AE 1st Year) also won.
