September 3, 2013Join the newest sports program at IIT. The first season of women's lacross will take place this spring. Some of the best lacrosse players have transitioned from tennis, volleyball, basketball, softball and soccer. If you played these sports in high school and want to be a part of brand new program, attend an informational open house at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 5 in the Sports Conference Room at Keating Sports Center. -
Illinois Institute of Technology to Add Three Varsity Sports
July 24, 2012Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) announced plans to add three varsity sports to its athletic roster beginning with men’s basketball in 2012-13, followed by women’s basketball and women’s lacrosse during the 2013-14 academic year.
