August 29, 2023The Office of Community Affairs is putting on a special Community Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. The farmers market will take place at at Siegel Hall Field, across from Galvin Library. -
Volunteer for Half-Day at Greater Chicago Food Depository
April 11, 2023Join the Office of Community Affairs for a half-day of service on Wednesday, April 26, at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, 4100 W. Ann Lurie Place. We will repack donated and purchased food into manageable sizes for distribution at food pantries, shelters, and soup kitchens. In collaboration with Illinois Tech's Human Resources department, your service hours off-campus will be paid. -

We are looking for 160 volunteers to participate in the following activities: paint murals, create blessing bags for those without homes, organize spaces, and help beautify Chicago Public Schools (CPS). -
