    Tuition Exchange Applications Now Being Accepted

    The Tuition Exchange program is a nonprofit organization of more than 700 colleges and universities that agree to a reciprocal scholarship program. Illinois Tech accepts applications from eligible faculty and staff and their dependents each fall for Tuition Exchange scholarship opportunities at other participating universities. Faculty and staff or their eligible dependents may apply for a scholarship as long as they meet certain criteria.

    Illinois Tech’s annual open enrollment period for benefits will run from Friday, November 1, 2024, through Friday, November 15, 2024. Changes made during open enrollment become effective January 1, 2025. Live in-person or online information sessions will be held on November 1, 6, and 12.

    The Office of Human Resources is excited to be hosting the first onsite Benefits Fair since 2019! Stop by Hermann Hall between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Wednesday, October 30, to meet with representatives from many of our benefits vendors and wellness partners. Most vendors will have giveaways to thank participants for their attendance, and there will be a raffle drawing at the conclusion of the event.

    New Partnership With Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC), Free 3-Day Equinox Pass for October

    Beginning October 1, 2024, Illinois Tech faculty, staff, and students can claim $200 off of the enrollment fee at Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC). In addition, Equinox is continuing to offer Illinois Tech faculty, staff, and students preferred pricing through their High Performance Living program, but this October you can try out the clubs before joining with a complimentary three day pass.
