March 18, 2025The Office of Human Resources has seen an increase in unsolicited calls and emails from groups such as the State University Pension Advisors, and National Education Services. These groups reach out to in an attempt to offer investment advice or other benefits they claim are available for Illinois Tech employees specifically. Please note that these vendors are NOT associated with Illinois Tech, nor have they been vetted by the university. -

You may wish to take a moment to review your current 403(b) contribution percentage and submit a new Salary Reduction Agreement Form to take advantage of the university match, if you are not already doing so. -

Faculty, Check Your Paychecks
January 30, 2025January 31, 2025, is the first monthly paycheck date of the new year. Faculty should review paystubs to ensure accuracy of any benefit changes made during open enrollment, new FSA elections, and 403(b) election changes. Any discrepancies must be reported along with a screenshot verifying successful completion of Open Enrollment no later than Friday, February 7, 2025.
