  • Galvin Library Awarded NEH Grant

    Galvin Library Awarded NEH Grant

    Galvin Library is the recipient of a 2013 grant from the National Endowment of the Humanities issued in cooperation with the American Library Association. Entitled Muslim Journeys Bookshelf, the grant consists of twenty-three books, three films, and access to Oxford Islamic Studies Online, and is part of the NEH's Bridging Cultures initiative.

    Illinois Supreme Court Justice Anne M. Burke '83 and Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) President Emeritus Lewis M. Collens will serve as honorary co-chairs of IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law's 125th Anniversary Gala. The black-tie event will be held on Saturday, February 23, from 5:30 to 11 p.m. in the Great Hall of Chicago Union Station, 210 South Canal Street in Chicago.
