    Tuition Exchange Scholarship Opportunities — Applications Are Now Being Accepted for the 2024-2025 Academic Year

    Illinois Institute of Technology participates in the Tuition Exchange (TE) program, which allows eligible faculty and staff and their eligible dependents to apply for scholarship opportunities at other participating schools. We are now accepting applications for opportunities for the 2024-2025 school year via TE's online EZ Application. Read on for additional information on TE and how to apply, but please note that applications are due by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 29, 2023.

    Inaugural Learning Innovation Symposium on August 16 to Cover ChatGPT in the Classroom

    The Center for Learning Innovation is excited to announce their first Learning Innovation Symposium, which will be held at 1–4 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at Galvin Tower. With a theme centered around "Chat GPT and Other Emerging Technologies in the Classroom," this year's symposium is intended to particularly address concerns and interests regarding new technologies regarding AI and large language models. The goals of the symposium are to educate participants, foster collaborate and learning, encourage critical thinking and drive innovation.

    Members Sought for Campus Judicial Board

    The Office of Community Standards is looking for faculty and staff members to participate in the Campus Judicial Board. The Campus Judicial Board is comprised entirely of members of the Illinois Tech community. The board meets approximately once or twice a month to adjudicate student high-level disciplinary cases regarding alleged violations of the Illinois Tech Code of Conduct and is advised by the Student Affairs Cares Team.
