    Going Home for Spring Break?

    As you head home for Spring Break, consider bringing information about IIT along with you. Share your IIT experience with high school, home school or community college students from your hometown or neighborhood. The Office of Undergraduate Admission is offering current IIT undergraduate and graduate students—as well as faculty and staff—the opportunity to share their stories and experiences at IIT with former school(s) and community–based organizations that are important to you.

    The Vedic Vision Society is happy to present this week’s mouth-watering menu for "Krishna Lunch," a $5 Indian lunch and dessert packaged and ready to go! This semester, Krishna Lunch will be served on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pick-up locations: Siegel Hall and Stuart Building lobby between 11:00 am–1:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

    The Office of Financial Aid received notification yesterday that the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC) is suspending the 2013-2014 Monetary Award Program (MAP) grants for all students whose initial 2013-14 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is submitted after March 1, 2013.

    Interested in studying abroad? You have less than one week to submit applications for the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program. This scholarship is designed to help underrepresented students study abroad. Online applications for study abroad programs taking place during the summer 2013 and fall academic year 2013–14 terms must be submitted by Tuesday, March 5 by 11:59 pm Central Standard Time for consideration.
